Katie Holmes partook in Scientology auditing confession sessions whilst married to Tom Cruise, it has been reported. Could any more revelations about this couple surface?!

Auditing is allegedly used as a central practice in the Church of Scientology, where ''a practioner is cleared of negative influences known as engrams in order to heighten spiritual awareness and access currently untapped potential,’’ according to PerezHilton.com.

The auditor apparently uses an electro-psychometer device to monitor the person who ‘’holds a metal cylinder in each hand.’’

The e-metre is similar to a lie detector test, only scientologists allegedly believe that it can literally reads people’s thoughts.

According to a so-called 'source', Katie’s fathered warned her to watch what she said in her sessions, so she frequently held back what she said and was wary.

The source went on to reveal: “Katie is level headed and extremely smart. She was never completely committed to Scientology, but she participated because she truly was in love with Tom and she knew it meant a lot to him.

''Her heart just wasn't in it though, she was always guarded and careful during the auditing sessions with what she revealed," they told the gossip site.
