'There's More Death And Sex': Kit Harington Promises Game Of Thrones Fans Haven't Seen Anything Yet!

Kit Harington has promised Game of Thrones fans there's still plenty of gore and violence to come in the forthcoming season, even after that shocking Red Wedding closer for the third series.

The hunky actor, who plays Jon Snow in the smash hit series, promised that viewers can expect to see more shocking events unfold when the show returns next year: "[There will be] more deaths this season than any other! I can’t tell you who dies. You’d think they’d tone the deaths down, but they don’t," he told Access Hollywood.

"They’ve realised that’s a successful option, so they’re just killing more people than they’ve ever killed."

Whilst it sounds like there'll be plenty of violence Kit also promises they'll be "plenty of sex" but not a lot of the mushy stuff!

"Love? In Game of Thrones? Really? You think they’d be that nice?!" he said when questioned whether Snow will find a romantic interest anytime soon. "Me and Rose, who plays Ygritte, we’re as close to a love story as you get in the show".

Kit has also been busy talking up the new season in a recent cover interview with Wonderland magazine, which saw the star posing topless in a saucy shoot. In the interview the actor, who hails from London, opens up about his breakthrough role, admitting that although he loves his character he wishes he had a bit more of a potty mouth like the show's other leads.

"I realised the other day I’m basically the only character in the show who’s never sworn! It’s weird, this is a big season for me, it’s great as usually he just grunts and says 'Nooo' or 'Yes'. And this season he speaks a lot, but he still doesn’t f***ing swear!"

"I asked 'Can I put a f*** in here?' then realised he doesn’t do that, it just wouldn’t fit with the character."

Away from playing Snow the actor will also be seen next year in new big screen epic Pompeii. Kit plays a lovestruck Roman slave in director Paul W.S. Anderson's film which is set before and during the impending disaster.
