The How You Remind me rockers will play arenas in Glasgow, Manchester, London and Birmingham in May 2024 as part of their Get Rollin' tour.
The band said in a statement: "It’s so good to finally be back in the UK, we’ve had so many great moments across the country over the years. You always make it special. It’s going to be a hell of a party!
"These venues are just a dream come true for us to play and we’re so grateful for the opportunity."
The Canadian rockers will be supported by The Lottery Winners and tickets go on sale at 10am GMT on Friday, 1st December.
The Rockstar hitmakers will begin their tour of UK and Europe in Glasgow on Thursday,16th May 2024.
They will play Manchester on Monday, 20th May, London on Tuesday, 21st May and Birmingham on Thursday, 23rd May.
Nickelback will be bringing performing tracks from the 10th studio album Get Rollin', released in 2022, along with their best known hits.
The tour will then move to the Netherlands and continue to Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria and the Czech Republic through to June.
Nickelback - lead singer Chad Kroeger, guitarist and singer Ryan Peake, bass player Mike Kroeger and drummer Daniel Adair - last toured the UK in 2018 with their album Feed The Machine.
They said: "We can’t wait to get back to Europe and see everyone. It’s been far too long, and these will be incredibly special shows for us."
Frontman Chad Kroeger founded the band with his brother Mike Kroeger and Peake in 1995, along with his other brother Brad Kroeger on drums.
Brad left the band and the had several drummers before Adair joined in 2005.
They broke into the mainstream in 2002 with chart-topping single How You Remind Me.
Frontman Chad Kroeger was married to fellow Canadian singer Avril Lavigne from 2013 to 2015.
