Nicola McLean: Police asked me what I was wearing after sexual assault
Nicola McLean has said police made her feel responsible for being sexually assaulted when she reported the incident.
Former glamour model revealed how she was attacked by a masseuse in her own home while undergoing a medical massage following liposuction surgery.
But when she reported the incident to the police officers questioned what she was wearing.

Mclean, 40, told The Sun: "The police said to me, ‘So, what were you wearing?’
"But I was in a garment that had the crotch cut out so I could wee because the whole point of the massage was I wasn’t strong enough to put the garment on and off.
"So I didn't have any knickers on. I thought, was that my fault, then?"
The reality TV star — who appeared I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in 2008 and has twice taken part in Celebrity Big Brother — said that as a woman she is made to feel responsible for the way men treat her.
She said: "I don't want to draw unnecessary attention, but, really, that's not my problem. That's a man's problem.
“We're conditioned, as women, that if your skirt’s too short, then you will attract attention.”
McLean added: “Women feel unsafe to even go up to police officers in the street. They're worried about being pulled over by a single male police officer.
"It needs to change. We should not have to fight so hard to go for a run, for a f***ing swim, to go to the shops, or to aimlessly walk around the streets.
"I don't care what people want to do. We should not be being raped and murdered. Full stop.”
The TV presenter — who has two sons with footballer husband Tom Williams — revealed in 2019 how she felt "violated" after having glamour modelling shots stolen by hackers and posted on X-rated websites.

She said: "Yes, I was a page three girl and more than happy to be one. But I’ve never done any kind of nude modelling in that way. I have always kept it kind of PG, if that’s possible being a page three girl.
"Now my pictures are on a porn site. It is violating."
