Nicole Kidman is a woman with money (and secrets) in first “Perfect Couple” trailer

The Netflix series is based on the popular Elin Hilderbrand novel.

There's rich. And then there's kill-someone-and-get-away-with-it rich.

Netflix has released the first trailer for its upcoming series The Perfect Couple. Based on Elin Hilderbrand's hit novel, the series follows Amelia Sacks (Eve Hewson) as she prepares to marry into one of the wealthiest families on Nantucket, led by her soon-to-be mother-in-law, Greer Garrison Winbury (Nicole Kidman). and Greer's devoted husband, Tag (Liev Schreiber).

The Winbury family arguably has more secrets than they do money... and they have a lot of money. When it comes time to celebrate the wedding of one of their sons, Greer and Tag spare no expense. The gathering is beautiful, at least until someone turns up dead just before the big wedding. Instantly, what was a joyous gathering turns into an investigation, and everyone is a suspect.

The Perfect Couple comes from director and executive producer Susanne Bier and showrunner Jenna Lamia. Alongside Kidman, Schreiber, and Hewwon, the series stars White Lotus breakout Meghann Fahy, Dakota Fanning, Ishaan Khatter, Billy Howle, and Jack Reynor.
