A woman who reportedly threw a McDonald's milkshake over politician Nigel Farage has been revealed an OnlyFans star and social media influencer.

The woman was seen throwing a banana milkshake over the Reform UK leader outside a Wetherspoons in Clacton, Essex, yesterday in a video that has since gone viral. The woman has now been unmasked as Victoria Thomas-Bowen, a 25-year-old mum-of-one, who describes herself as a 'video creator' on social media. She also posts links to an OnlyFans page via her Instagram, the Mirror reports.

The woman has since been arrested on suspicion of assault police have confirmed after her actions were widely disapproved of online. Victoria's brother Paul told MailOnline: "I have just seen it, and to be honest, I'm appalled. I don't know where she is. I don't want anything to do with her."

Mr Farage described the ordeal as "quite frightening". Ms Thomas Bowen told the BBC in the aftermath: “He doesn’t stand for me, he doesn’t represent anything I believe in, or any of the people around here. He doesn’t represent us, he’s not from here.”

She has previously backed Jeremy Corbyn on Facebook, and questioned why those fleeing war in Syria are not given safe haven in the UK. Labour's Yvette Cooper branded the incident "completely unacceptable". She added: "No one should face intimidation or assault in an election campaign."

Mr Farage's Tory opponent in Clacton, Giles Watling, also hit out, stating: "We may disagree, but every candidate has the right to campaign without fear of violence or intimidation."

Former Reform boss Richard Tice, who was walking behind Mr Farage when he was struck, said: "The juvenile moron who threw a drink over Nigel has just gained us hundreds of thousands more votes. We will not be bullied or threatened off the campaign trail."

It is not the first time Mr Farage has suffered the embarrassing fate, having had milkshake chucked at him in 2019 in Newcastle. Mr Farage later tried to make light of the pelting, buying a round of McDonald's milkshakes in nearby Jaywick, Essex.

Holding one aloft he quipped “My milkshake brings all the people to the rally” - referencing the famous Kelis song Milkshake. Shortly before the incident, he had vowed to liven up the House of Commons if he is elected as an MP.

At his campaign launch Mr Farage told hundreds of supporters that voters had been betrayed by the Tories. He said: "The breach of trust from the Conservatives means that they're finished, they're done.

"We are going to get a Labour government, whether you like it or not."' Mr Farage continued: "The question is who is going to be the voice of opposition? I want Reform UK, with me at the helm, to be in Parliament and I promise you I'll liven it up a lot from what it currently is."

An Essex Police spokesman said: "It was reported a man had a drink thrown over him as he left a premises in the area. A 25-year-old woman, from Clacton, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault. While officers were responding and making this arrest, a second individual, a man, was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker."
