Nigel Farage says Windsor Framework means Northern Ireland ‘still part of the EU’

Nigel Farage has claimed that the Windsor Framework means Northern Ireland is, “to all intents and purposes,” still in the EU.

He also said Michel Barnier “played a game of chess” and used the Good Friday Agreement as a bargaining chip in negotiations.

Mr Farage added that Brexit posed “no risk whatsoever” to peace on the island during his interview on Good Morning Britain.

The ex-Brexit Party leader said Barnier was “a damn sight clever than Theresa May or Olly Robbins” in his alleged game.
