Nikki is sorry for spoiling Big Brother finale

From Digital Spy

Digital Spy has revealed the news to Big Brother icon Nikki Grahame that she'd accidentally spoiled the result of the last-ever episode on Channel 5… and she didn't even call us a swine!

Our pick for the all-time greatest Big Brother housemate unfortunately didn't know that Big Brother was broadcast on a 15-minute time delay on Monday night (November 5), and shared the news of Cameron Cole's victory on Twitter a full segment before it aired on telly.

Because Nikki was pretty busy joining Rylan in the Diary Room one last time on Bit on the Side, she still had no idea about her error when she briefly sat in on our exclusive interview with Cameron later in the night.

"Am I in trouble?" she hilariously asked when we told her about the Twitter slip-up.

When she was assured that she wouldn't be punished with basic rations for the week, Nikki sheepishly said: "Oh, I'm so sorry, guys!"

Cheekily trying to cover her mistake, she joked: "Oh, I just meant that Cameron, I knew he'd won it! I've made my predictions. I just knew it! I just knew! Absolutely certain!"

We played along (since this is the one-and-only Nikki Grahame) and asked the reality TV legend why she felt so strongly that Cameron would be the winner after briefly visiting the house last week.

"I can see star quality when I recognise it," she told us. "I'll tell you what, I loved him but when I met him, I loved him even more.

"And I knew, I just knew he'd won it! Oh bless the others, they were just going along with the motion but they all knew Cameron had won. Everyone knew Cameron won from the word go!"

Big Brother 2018 winner Cameron himself also got a chuckle when we told him about Nikki's social media slip-up.

"That's very funny," he laughed. "That's Nikki Grahame all over! I love her so much. She's fantastic."

Prior to the finale, Nikki joined with former Big Brother host Davina McCall, current Bit on the Side presenter Rylan and many other stars to wish the reality show a fond farewell.
