No use crying over spilt milk as lorry sheds its load over road in Gloucester
Police officers in Gloucestershire had a big clean up operation on their hands after a lorry carrying milk shed its load.
Images posted from the scene to social media show cartons of milk on a section of the roundabout on the A40 road in Gloucester.
A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Police confirmed that a lorry spilt its load on the Over roundabout just after 9.05 on Thursday.
The images posted by Gloucestershire police to Twitter, proved popular online with many people adding their own humourous take on the incident.

According to the police spokesman, no one was harmed in the incident.
The clean-up operation of the bottles, broken glass and recovery of the lorry was completed by 1.30am on Friday.
