No, there wasn't a plane in Walking Dead's last episode
Despite being stabbed through his hand, Rick Grimes emerged victorious against poor ol' Winslow. But in the afterglow of the victory... hang on, was that a plane?
Some Walking Dead fans got a little over-excited by a flying object in the background.
See it? Look closer on the right side. Hang on, we'll mark it for you:
Yes, lots of people really thought it was a plane and a blunder by the Walking Dead team.
"After Rick crawled out of the pit, I spotted a flyover," wrote one person on Twitter. "Either Negan has a plane or someone missed an edit."

OK, so here's the thing. It's not a plane. Sorry to disappoint.
It's... just a bird.

Still, it was a good day for Rick. He formed a new (although slightly uneasy) alliance with the junkyard group led by Jadis - whom some people are speculating to be Whisperers leader Alpha.
1. Junkyard group will dupe both Alexandria and The Saviours into getting them supplies and then betray them and try take them both down

2. Alexandria and Saviours will then have to become allies to fight the junkyard group when they reveal themselves as The Whisperers

But Pollyanna McIntosh, who plays Jadis, has also poured cold water on that fan theory.
"I don't know anything at all," she said. "All I heard is fan rumours. As far as talking to producers or anyone on the show, it's never come up.
"I don't know anything about her. I just know [Alpha is] not me."
The Walking Dead continues next Sunday (February 26) on AMC in the US, and on Monday (February 27) on FOX in the UK.
