A seaside town in Norfolk has been named one of the best places in the UK for a dog-friendly holiday this summer.

Wells-next-the-Sea has been recognised for having some of the most dog-friendly pubs, bars and hotels in the country, ranking sixth out of 40 locations.

The ranking was based on the percentage of hotels, restaurants, spas and pubs in the area, including the number of local vets and nearby hikes.

Offering a "coastal getaway" with a scenic harbour and wide sandy beaches, there is plenty of opportunity for walkies in Wells.
