Handcuffs and walkie talkies are among the unexpected items prohibited at Taylor Swift's upcoming Aviva Stadium concerts.

The global sensation is all set to dazzle Dublin with her Eras Tour, landing at the renowned venue next week. A whopping 200,000 fans, affectionately known as Swifties, will witness the 'All Too Well' singer light up the stage over three consecutive, sold-out nights on June 28, 29, and 30.

With the countdown now in its final days, concert-goers are being reminded of the peculiar list of banned items that won't make it past stadium gates. Items such as thunder sticks, balloons, and studded jewellery are a no-go.

In a statement, event organisers MCD outlined a comprehensive list of prohibited items for those attending the Aviva Stadium gigs. They stated: "Strict security checks will be in operation. Everyone will be subject to a search permissible under law. It is a condition to entry, to protect everyone's safety. Additional searches may take place once inside the venue.", reports the Irish Mirror.

They further advised: "Due to health and safety, there are strictly no camping/collapsible chairs/stools permitted in the venue. Please do not bring these items as security will refuse you entry with them. No glass, hard plastic or metal containers of any kind. You are permitted a clear, soft plastic water bottle - no larger than 500ml. There will be free water points for pitch customers."

"Patrons are especially advised not to bring large bags/bag packs as they may experience delays or be refused entry. There will be no storage facilities on -site. Any items left at entrances/in surrounding areas will be removed and disposed of accordingly.

"Bags larger than A4, glass or cans, umbrellas, alcohol, garden furniture, selfie sticks, flares, professional or commercial cameras/photography equipment, video cameras, go pros, audio recording devices or tripods. No extendable or attachable lenses on cameras or mobile phones allowed."

These guidelines apply for those attending Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in Dublin's Aviva Stadium.

This record-shattering Eras tour has already entranced spectators across the Americas, Asia, and Australia and it is now touring across the UK and Europe. The first three concerts of the eight scheduled for London's Wembley Arena are taking place this weekend ahead of the forthcoming trio of performances in Dublin next weekend.
