Yahoo News 'Not My King': Anti-Monarchy Protesters March in Cardiff
Protesters chanted “Not my King” and “Down With the Crown” as they marched in Cardiff, Wales, on Saturday, May 6, the day of the coronation of King Charles III.
Footage recorded by @shaurya_242 shows a large group of protesters on Queen street chanting and holding signs referencing cost of living struggles.
South Wales Police did not report any arrests from the protest.
In London, at least seven people were arrested on suspicion of breaching the peace, conspiracy to cause public nuisance, and suspicion of possessing articles to cause criminal damage on Saturday, according to the Met Police. Credit: @shaurya_242 via Storyful
