Head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has named his Nottingham Forest team to face Burnley in the final match of the Premier League season.

The Reds go into the game at Turf Moor with safety all but assured. They are three points ahead of 18th-placed Luton Town and have a significantly better goal difference.

Nevertheless, Nuno has made clear he wants to finish the campaign on a positive note. His side missed the chance to mathematically secure survival when they lost 3-2 to Chelsea last weekend.

Nuno makes two changes from that defeat at the City Ground and reverts to a four-man defence. Harry Toffolo comes in for Ola Aina, who misses out on the match day squad, and Anthony Elanga replaces Moussa Niakhate.

Toffolo will take up the left-back position, making up the back line alongside Gonzalo Montiel, Willy Boly and Murillo ahead of goalkeeper Matz Sels. Ryan Yates and Danilo will make up the midfield.

Elanga will link up with Morgan Gibbs-White and Callum Hudson-Odoi in support of front man Chris Wood. Matt Turner, Ibrahim Sangare, Cheikhou Kouyate, Taiwo Awoniyi, Niakhate, Gio Reyna, Divock Origi, Andrew Omobamidele and Rodrigo Ribeiro will make up the substitutes’ bench.

Forest: Sels; Montiel, Boly, Murillo, Toffolo; Yates, Danilo; Elanga, Gibbs-White, Hudson-Odoi; Wood. Subs: Turner, Sangare, Kouyate, Awoniyi, Niakhate, Reyna, Origi, Omobamidele, Ribeiro.
