Ola and James Jordan say people look at them 'differently' after weight gain
Strictly Come Dancing stars Ola and James Jordan have opened up about changing attitudes towards them since they have put on weight.
The married professional dancers recently welcomed their first child together and appeared on Loose Women to discuss the changes it has had on their bodies.
Ola said: "We have [let ourselves go]. It’s really hard because it’s just accepting what you are now. I had an amazing body when I was on Strictly."

James also discussed his weight gain since he stopped appearing on Strictly Come Dancing in 2013: "I put on three stone since I stopped Strictly, which is quite a lot. I think people look at you differently, too."
Ola went on to speak about insecurities that had arisen from her weight gain: "You know what it’s like, if you’ve put on a bit of weight, you hide away in baggy clothes and avoid looking in full length mirrors! So this was a bit of a shock. But I thought — you know what I’ve had a baby and no I don’t look like I did in my time on Strictly — but I’m not dancing for six hours a day."
Ola also recently opened up about her body image issues on Instagram, writing: I wasn’t going to post this picture but I’ve decided to because I’m horrified and so disappointed with myself and by posting it I’m hoping it will help motivate me to do something about it.
"Our friend took this snap of us yesterday trying to stay cool by the pool but OMG... it was a total shock to say the least! When did we get ‘mum and dad bods?'"
She continued: "We know we’re not in our best Strictly shape but hey that’s what happens when you stop dancing for hours every day and have a baby (I just want to know James’ excuse)."
Ola and James Jordan both joined Strictly Come Dancing in 2006 with James leaving in 2013 and Ola two years later after the thirteenth season.
