Olly Murs' wife shares sweet messages from popstar beau as he's forced to leave during daughter's first few weeks

Olly Murs' wife has shared with fans a glimpse at the messages she has been receiving from her husband as he's forced to spend time away from her and their newborn daughter. Olly and Amelia welcomed their first child into the world last month.

The couple, who tied the knot in an epic wedding on Osea Island in Essex followed by their own festival, announced back in December that they were expecting their first baby in a sweet social media post.

In it, Olly could be seen standing open-mouthed as he held a baby scan, whilst pointing at his wife's bump. Posting the photo to his 4.6 million Instagram followers, the caption read: "Baby Murs due 2024."

Then, confirming their little one's arrival on April 17, Olly shared a sweet snap to Instagram in which he and Amelia could be seen leaving the hospital. With their backs to the camera in matching gear, Olly could be seen holding Amelia's hand while holding the car seat containing their precious cargo in the other.

Olly and Amelia have since been sharing some updates with fans on Madison, known as Madi for short, with the new parents having to juggle Olly's busy touring schedule as he continues touring up and down the country with Take That, as well as their new baby girl.

In a new post, Amelia took to social media and alongside a sweet video of her cuddling her bundle of joy, she shared a string of messages she has received from her pop star hubby while he's away. Across the video, a caption read: "Messages that my husband has sent me whilst being away with work (which means more than he knows)..."

One of the messages read: "Awww love ya sweetheart. Sorry I can't be there more this week." Another says: "You are literally super mum babe xx and little Madi is smashing it too." Olly also wrote in a third: "Gunna be hard next few days for us both x but you got this xx."

The bodybuilder, who is the four-times undefeated bikini champion, then captioned the moving clip: "And my message to anyone [whose] partners are away, busy working or if you're doing it alone, you got this [stars emoji]." She continued: "Please tag any mums you think are doing an amazing job, let's show them some love [heart hands emoji]."

And it left people feeling quite emotional. @kimbleyd said: "Well this got me." @weddinginvitationsbyclare commented: "I can’t imagine how difficult it’s been for you. But you are smashing it! Olly is a very lucky man!" @ellen.sker wrote: "Oh god Olly, you’re perfect. Thank you for being so good to your girls. Teach all the other men please!"
