The TV legend and life guru had one major goal she wanted to reach, and that was to be swept up and carried to the pool by her longtime beau Stedman Graham.

Speaking to People, she said: “I would like him to pick me up and carry me to the pool. I’ve lost enough weight, he can pick me up and carry me to the pool. I can straddle him without breaking his back”

She revealed back in January she lost 26 lbs through sheer discipline and though she praised the lifestyle change, she added in May she’ll be “counting points” forever from now on.

She said: "I don’t feel like I’m on a diet that I’m ever going to go off again. I feel like I’ll be counting points for the rest of my life.”

On her TV show the 62-year-old star talks to many guests about their weight loss journey but admitted she often faced the same struggles.

She said: “I wasted so much energy, energy and time wanting my arms to be thing, wanting my arms not to flap, I ha dthe success and the money, but I still wanted something different than I had.”

However, Oprah is a firm believer that this was a path she was meant to go down.

She added: “It felt like an intevention on high, if they are calling me, I must need help.”
