Orlando Bloom has revealed he shed a “tear of joy” as his fiancee Katy Perry performed at US President Joe Biden’s inauguration concert.
The singer belted out her massive hit Firework during the special Celebrating America television broadcast, which was hosted by Hollywood actor Tom Hanks and featured an array of stars including Justin Timberlake and John Legend.
Bloom later took to Instagram to share his pride in his partner, saying the couple’s four-month-old daughter Daisy Dove would watch the special moment when she was bigger.

Perry also shared video and pictures from the historic event, including one of her and Bloom behind the scenes together.
She also posted a snap of her patriotic microphones, with one emblazoned with the US flag and another covered in sparkling stars.
Perry and Bloom got engaged on Valentine's Day in 2019 after dating each other on and off for three years.
