Luxury fashion house, Dior, is set to present its stunning Cruise 2025 collection in Scotland on June 3.

The fashion designer has selected the Drummond Castle Gardens as the open-air venue to display the creations of Italian designer Maria Grazia Chiuri.

The designer brand announced it would be hosting its 2025 Collection at Drummond Castle Gardens in June, making it the first time the iconic brand has returned to the area in 70 years.

These designs draw inspiration from their 1947 collection, which bore a Scottish influence, and it's speculated that the event may also pay homage to the ball they hosted in 1955, at Gleneagles.

The Crieff show will be added to the list of previous places to host the high-fashion event, which include Mexico City, Seville, Athens and Marrakech.

The Mexico City show last year welcomed Alicia Keys, Naomi Watts, Rachel Zegler, Emma Raducanu and more.

This is the first time the fashion giant will have returned to the region since 1955 when Christian Dior took his show to the nearby Gleneagles Hotel.

The designer flew eight house models from Paris to the venue, who modelled dresses, valued at about £300 each, on a specially-constructed catwalk in the hotel’s ballroom.

However, Drummond Castle isn't new to the limelight. The gardens were used in Diana Gabaldon's Outlander in the episode “Untimely Resurrection” as the Gardens of Versailles. While there, Claire and Jamie unexpectedly come across “Black Jack” Randall.

Often considered one of the most spectacular settings in Outlander, the gardens of the Palace at Versailles are where Claire and Jamie spend time in the court of King Louis XV in season 2.

While the Dior show is strictly by invitation, the gardens will be open to the public from June 10.
