Pakistan Plane Crash Victims' Remains Transferred to Islamabad

The remains of a number of the victims of the December 7 Pakistan International Airlines crash were transferred to Islamabad on December 8. The flight went down in Pakistan’s Abbottabad district while en route from Chitral to Islamabad.

The remains were transferred to the capital for DNA testing intended to help in identifying them.
