Paramount+: Everything streaming on UK launch day
The streaming service market might be a crowded one, but Paramount+ is sure to make a splash when it launches in the UK in June.
Subscribers will get access to a treasure trove of films and TV including drama, comedy and star-studded shows.

Halo
This exciting new series is based on the video game of the same name and sees battle lines drawn between humans and an alien threat known as the Covenant in the 26th century.
Starring Pablo Schreiber, Natascha McElhone and Jen Taylor, it weaves personal stories with action and adventure in a futuristic thriller.
The First Lady
With a cast worthy of an Oscar-nominated film, this biopic drama drops its entire first season on launch day and already looks set to be a binge watch.
Telling the story of what went on in the East Wing of the White House during various presidencies throughout history, it features the lives of three of America's best-known First Ladies in series one.

Look out for Viola Davis and O-T Fagbenle as Michelle and Barack Obama, Gillian Anderson and Kiefer Sutherland as Eleanor and Franklin D. Roosevelt, and Michelle Pfeiffer and Aaron Eckhart as Betty and Gerald Ford.
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds
Brand new Star Trek series Strange New Worlds follows the decade before Captain Kirk joined the U.S.S. Enterprise, when Captain Christopher Pike was at the helm with Spock as his science officer.
Episodes one to three will be available to watch on launch day, with new weekly episodes every Wednesday.
The Man Who Fell to Earth
You might know this tale as the Walter Tevis book it's adapted from, or as the previous film starring David Bowie, but this version features Chiwetel Ejiofor as an alien who arrives on Earth at a turning point in human evolution and Naomie Harris as the scientist who must try to save two worlds.
Additional cast includes Rob Delaney, Kate Mulgrew, Clarke Peters and Bill Nighy, with episodes one to three available at launch and new weekly episodes on Wednesdays.
The Offer

Miles Teller stars as Ruddy and the cast also includes Juno Temple and Colin Hanks.
Super Pumped: The Battle for Uber
Another big-name series following the current trend for TV telling the story behind some of our biggest companies, this focuses on Uber.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt plays CEO Travis Kalanick who was ultimately ousted in a boardroom coup, Kyle Chandler as his mentor, and Uma Thurman as Huffington Post co-founder Arianna Huffington, an Uber board member.
Again, you can see episodes one to three on launch day and then weekly instalments on Wednesdays.
Mayor of Kingstown
Kyle Chandler also stars in this drama about a powerful family brokering relations between prisoners and their rundown community, tackling themes of systemic racism, corruption and inequality.
Chandler stars alongside Jeremy Renner and Dianne West, with the full series available on launch day.
Yellowstone
Kevin Costner's new frontier family saga about the billions to be made from oil and lumber, and the creation of the first national park, offers three series as a box set for the streaming service launch.
Murder, land grabs and fortunes made and lost feature in this period drama.
1883
If you love Yellowstone, you're in for a treat with this origin story of the Dutton family as an earlier generation travel across America to the last untamed frontier in the hope of lifting themselves out of poverty.
The series stars Sam Elliott, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, with the full first season box set available for the launch.
American Rust
If you haven't yet seen this drama set in the American rust belt, you can stream the full box set on launch day.

Jeff Daniels and Maura Tierney star as a compromised police chief and the woman he loves who find themselves in a moral dilemma when her son is accused of murder and he is able to change the course of their lives by tampering with the investigation.
Yellowjackets
Psychological horror and survivor tale Yellowjackets has been a huge hit for Sky and now the full series is available to stream on Paramount+.
Juliette Lewis and Christina Ricci star in the series about a girls' high school soccer team who survive a plane crash and form savage clans, with the show also tracking the lives they try to piece back together 25 years later.
iCarly
This reboot of the original sitcom follows Carly, an early-days influencer, and her friends as they navigate work, love and family in their 20s.

Like a mash-up of Drag Race and The X Factor, this global singing competition hosted by Graham Norton sees drag queens from 10 countries compete with musical performances in the hope of winning a $250,000 prize.
The judging panel includes Leona Lewis, Vanessa Williams, Michelle Visage and Trixie Mattel, with episode one dropping on launch day and weekly episodes streaming on Wednesdays.
Jerry & Marge Go Large
Bryan Cranston and Annette Bening star in this incredible true story about a retired man who discovers a mathematical loophole in the Massachusetts lottery and with the help of his wife wins $27million, using the money to revive their Michigan town.
This is a Paramount+ Original movie, available to stream on launch day.
All Star Shore
New party contest All Star Shore isn't available on launch day, but we will see it debut in June.
The newest title from the stable that brought us Jersey Shore and Geordie Shore, it pits global reality TV stars against each other in party-style games as they take up residence in a beachside house in the Canary Islands together.
Joey Essex and Chloe Ferry are amongst the UK stars taking part, and they'll go up against contestants from the US, Mexico and Brazil from shows including Love Is Blind, Ex On the Beach and Love Island.
It begins streaming on 30 June and drops new episodes on Thursdays.
