Paris Hilton announces second album

Paris Hilton has announced her second album, Infinite Icon.

The media personality and businesswoman has revealed she is preparing to release her sophomore album in September, almost 20 years after releasing her self-titled debut album in 2006.

Since the release of her first album, which spawned her cult hit song Stars Are Blind, the 43-year-old has released several singles, including 2013's Good Time and 2015's High Off My Love.

On Wednesday, Paris took to Instagram to tease the highly anticipated album. She posted a video featuring clips of a number of celebrities, including Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian, Demi Lovato, Benny Blanco, Elle and Dakota Fanning and Ashley Benson, among others, who filmed themselves asking the hotel heiress to reveal the big news.

"Okay P, we're waiting," Ashley said in the video, while Demi asked, "What is going on? Spill the tea."

Paris then returned to Instagram on Thursday to post a series of images revealing the album's title and release date.

Despite not releasing an album for nearly two decades, Paris has remained active in the music industry. In 2022, she performed Stars Are Blind with Miley Cyrus and Sia during NBC's Miley's New Year's Eve party. She also released an updated version of the iconic song with Kim Petras in 2023.

The as-yet-untitled first single from the upcoming album is due for release in June, while the full album is set to drop on 6 September.
