Finding employment can be draining, especially if every time you search for a job you can only find roles that need special skills or training. But from time to time, an opportunity will pop up that doesn't require qualifications.

A new job has appeared for a sales assistant at Card Factory in Freshney Place Shopping Centre. The job is mainly for Saturdays but there may the chance to work the odd Sunday, according to the advert.

It could be the perfect job for a busy parent who can only work around eight hours a week. The advert says: "Retail experience is not a necessity when beginning your Card Factory story. We look for personality and a passion for customer service above all else!

Numerous roles at St Andrew's Hospice in Grimsby

St Andrew's Hospice is currently inviting people to apply for various jobs, including part-time and temporary positions. It says: "Our staff and volunteers make St Andrew’s Hospice.

"Without our committed and caring workforce we could not provide the outstanding home from home service provide to our local community. We have about 120 staff, including 68 clinical staff, enabling us to provide vital 24-hour care, seven days a week."

Market Stall Operative in Louth

If you are physically fit and have a clean driver's licence, this could be the job for you. A "manually intensive" job erecting and dismantling market stalls is being advertised on Indeed.

The successful applicant will be happy to take HGV training once employed (which will be paid for). The working days are: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday morning, and Saturday. This means Tuesday and Sunday and Friday afternoon are taken off.

There is an opening for staff at the JD Wetherspoon pub. The advert says it offers "competitive hourly rates" and "a free meal and drink" when working.

Lunchtime Supervisor at Weelsby Academy

Weelsby Academy in Weelsby Street, Grimsby is looking to hire a dinner lady (or man) as soon as possible on a permanent, part-time basis. The working hours are advertised as Monday - Friday 12noon to 1.15pm (equal to 6.25 hours per week, term time only).

The job description states: "As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will actively supervise pupils during the lunch time period in the dining room, playground and throughout the academy premises." Apply for the job on the DWP website.

Data Entry in North Killingholme

There is part-time work for someone with "strong typing skills" at ICC Trailer Services in North Killingholme. Hours are between 15 and 20 per week at a rate of £12.50 per hour.

It could also involve organising paperwork and helping with other administrative tasks. The job description says: "We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised person to join our team.
