Peaky Blinders' Sophie Rundle announces pregnancy with famous partner and shares huge baby bump
Peaky Blinders star Sophie Rundle has delighted fans by revealing she's expecting her second child. The actress, who also starred in Happy Valley and ITV's recent series After the Flood, first announced her pregnancy on The One Show back in January.
But tonight she made a full announcement on social media as she showed off her large baby bump. Sophie, 35, best known for her role as Ada Shelby in Peaky Blinders, rested her hand gently on her stomach while wearing a pink dress with pink flowers on it. She captioned the selfie: "Firmly in my Mama Cass Trimester."
She also gave fans an insight into her pregnancy, writing: "I forget who I have and haven't told at this point because I've been trying to remember what a waistband is and stop my three-year-old using my belly like a trampoline. Big 'ol baby number two incoming. Ain't that a nice thing."

In another photo, dressed in black leggings and a large purple sweatshirt, she expressed her gratitude to @sloppyjoesweatshirts, saying: "Also massive thank you to @sloppyjoesweatshirts for sending me the rest of my day to day pregnancy uniform. I have been wearing these beloved iconic sweatshirts since the NINETIES and will continue to do so forever more. (But especially now, when little else fits). It is true love. Thank you."
And she also revealed she had been having cravings for hot food in another post thanking Tubby Toms homemade hot sauces, posting: "Finally shoutout to @tubbytoms who, when I asked for more pizza hot sauce, absolutely understood the needs of a heavily pregnant woman and send me these GEMS. A hero and an artist."
Sophie is dating actor Matt Stokoe and they already have one child, three year old son Henry. He is known for his role as Alex in the Channel 4 series Misfits, appearances in The Bodyguard, Sky's Jamestown, and the TV series The Hunt For Raoul Moat.
The couple also appeared together onscreen as husband and wife in the ITV drama After the Flood, where Sophie portrayed a pregnant police officer investigating a murder case. During a January appearance on The One Show, Sophie revealed: "I am now pregnant in real life, so this is starting to feel like the longest pregnancy any human woman has ever endured. Wasn't pregnant then, had a big fake bump and I think I was sort of put off when I had the fake bump. Then enough time passed and now I'm going in for more."
