People Rush Down Barcelona Street After Van Crashes Into Pedestrian

A vehicle crashed into pedestrians on Las Ramblas, a street in central Barcelona, Spain, on August 17. According to reports a manhunt was underway for the driver, who abandoned the vehicle after the crash.
