People think they just saw Taylor Swift driving to Cardiff with a police escort

With just hours to go before Taylor Swift takes to the stage at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, fans are on their way to the city centre prepared to have the best night of their lives.

But the question is, where is Taylor? Questions have been circulating about where she is staying ahead of her Cardiff show.

Over the weekend, security was seen at a hotel in Liverpool with fans suspecting she stayed at the hotel there. Rumours online however suggest the superstar has hired a cottage in the Cotswolds to use as a base for the UK leg of her Era tour.

Eagle eyes have also been on Cardiff Airport today, on the look out for the popstar's private jet. However, this afternoon people spotted a number of cars with blacked-out-windows travelling in convoy en route into Cardiff, flanked by a police escort.

Those who witnessed the convoy of cars and police escort suspected it could be Taylor inside. Videos were shared to TikTok at around 1pm which would give Taylor plenty of time to arrive in the city and get ready for the show.

One of the videos, posted by, @solu1390, Sophie Louise, was filmed along the A4232, known as Concrete Road. A sign on the back of the police car said: "Do not overtake."

The blonde pop-princess is set to take to the stag at 7pm.
