Peter Andre letting wife Emily choose name of newborn baby

Peter Andre is letting his wife Emily choose the name of their new child.

The Mysterious Girl singer and doctor welcomed their third child together on 2 April and they have yet to decide on a name for the baby girl.

In his new column for OK! magazine, Peter admitted they were struggling to agree on the newborn's moniker so he was going to let her decide.

"We've been trying out names that our friends and family have suggested, but then Emily and I don't seem to agree on them. So I think it's only fair that Emily decides - I hope she picks a good one," he wrote. "While we work a name out, we're just trying to differentiate between day and night. The lack of sleep is real already!"

The 51-year-old also thanked his fans for sending their love and support following the birth of his daughter.

Reflecting on their past fortnight as new parents, he added, "We're all in a baby bubble just now and Emily and the baby are doing great. Everything feels perfect... It’s been great that the kids have been off school for the holidays so we can spend time together as a family."

Peter shares Princess, 16, and Junior, 18, with his ex-wife Katie Price, while he and Emily are also parents to Amelia, 10, and Theo, seven.

During a recent interview with Woman magazine, the TV personality was asked if they'd be tempted to have more kids.

"No! Please don’t say that," he replied. "But I said I wouldn’t have a fifth. Then again, you never know. But it is up to Emily, isn’t it, not me. But no, I don’t think so."
