Peter Andre sets strict house rules as son Junior goes public with older girlfriend

Peter Andre has disclosed that he's upholding a stringent set of household and bedroom guidelines for his children. The strict rules have come since his son Junior introduced a new older girlfriend to the family and announced his relationship on social media.

The dad to five, who recently celebrated the arrival of his daughter Arabella Rose with wife Emily 11 weeks ago in Taunton, is not backing down on these principles despite the latest addition to their family. Peter, who was raised in a disciplined environment, confessed that having girlfriends over at his parent's house was not allowed.

Inheriting a similar ethos, Peter has shared these policies just as his firstborn, Junior who just turned 19. On his birthday, Junior uploaded several intimate snaps with Jasmin Orr on Instagram, playfully captioning it: "It's my Birthday!! Wouldn't want to spend it any other way."

Jasmin is 23 and boasts a significant online presence including being on Celebs Go Dating. Junior also included hashtags "19," "birthday" and "loved up" in his post, signalling his current romantic status.

Peter Andre's 16-year-old daughter Princess is equally loved-up, having displayed her relationship prominently on social media, as per reports from Daily Star. The father of four establishes clear boundaries for his children when it comes to their romantic entanglements and visits at his home, maintaining a strict no-bedroom sharing rule.

In conversation with OK! magazine, Peter recalled his own disciplined upbringing and said: "My mum and dad were very strict. We grew up very religious. I remember I had a girlfriend at 19 and I wasn't allowed to bring her home, not even for dinner.

"But then, I've got rules in my house now. The kids are allowed to have boyfriends and girlfriends over, but they've got to be 16 and they're not allowed to stay over. And if they do stay over, one is upstairs and one's downstairs."

The pop star shares his teenage offspring with former glamour model Katie Price, whom he famously met on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in 2004. Their whirlwind romance quickly escalated after leaving the jungle, leading to marriage and a family life constantly in the spotlight, including on various reality shows.

However, after four and a half years, the celebrity couple parted ways but continued to co-parent their two children, reported The Mirror. While Katie has since entered a new relationship, Peter has found love again with his wife Emily, with whom he has three children.
