A Place in the Sun's Craig Rowe issues 'unfortunate' update after show finished filming
A Place in the Sun presenter Craig Rowe revealed an unfortunate end to today's search.
Thursday's episode saw the host help Jacqui and Michael in their bid to find a dream home abroad. The couple were armed with a maximum budget of £85,000 and were looking for two bedroom home with outside space.
Craig was confident he could find what the buyers were looking for as Abruzzo is one of the more affordable regions in Italy. However, the search got off on a rocky note as Jacqui branded property two a "shed".

It vastly improved with the next offering as the two loved property number three, a townhouse in Roccamorice. The home was priced at £81,667 and they decided to put in an initial offer of £72,500.
A deal couldn't be agreed by the end of the episode with Jacqui and Michael refusing to go over £75,000. However, the negotiation process was set to continue as the couple still hoped to land their new home in Italy.
However, Craig issued an unfortunate update as the credits rolled and revealed Jacqui raised her offer but still didn't seal the deal. The host said: "Since filming Jacqui continued to negotiate with the sellers of property three and increased her offer. But unfortunately it still wasn't accepted and the house was sold to other buyers.
"She's planning to return to Abruzzo in a few weeks time and I wish her all the best in finding her dream home."
