A NEW performance by local theatre group Bloomin Buds will be held as part of Bradford Literature Festival later this week.

Down T’Allotment is a brand-new play being held at the Rockwell Centre that takes audiences on a journey into a community space where the soil is rich and the bonds are even richer.

The diverse cast of characters are united by their love for the land and the joy of growing their own vegetables. Amidst the rows of kale and carrots, friendships blossom, secrets unravel and lives intertwine.

The performance will feature original live performances.

Performances take place on Thursday July 4 at 11am and 4pm and on Friday at 11am.

Tickets cost £5, and are available here.
