Junior Knight has made his Walford debut as EastEnders viewers finally got to meet George Knight's estranged son. As fans of the long-running BBC soap will know, George (Colin Salmon) has been struggling after finding out his adoptive dad Eddie (Christopher Fairbank) killed his biological father Henry Kofi Asare.

There has been more heartbreak for George as he discovered his biological mum had died only four months before he tried to track her down. Then last month, adoptive mum Gloria died suddenly following a heart attack leaving him devastated after he wasn't told when her funeral took place.

George tried to contact his long-lost son Junior to tell him of his grandmother's death, but wasn't able to track him down. But during Monday's EastEnders episode (May 14), the father and son came face-to-face as George took the illegal boxing club after the doctor told him that one punch could kill him.

During Tuesday's trip to Walford, Junior explained to George that he had only returned because his half-sister Anna (Molly Rainford) called him worried sick about her struggling dad. But it seems Junior has his own secrets up his sleeve after spending the night with Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer).
