Plows Clear Path for Emergency Crews in Snowy Colorado

Plows cleared snow from streets in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, on Thursday, March 14, so emergency vehicles could drive through.

South Metro Fire Rescue said crews and youth volunteers helped clear snowy streets for their medics, who had dealt with “some difficult road conditions on side streets.”

Snowfall rates are expected to increase through Thursday evening, with up to 10 more inches of snow falling in the Denver metro area, weather officials said. Credit: South Metro Fire Rescue via Storyful
