Police and ambulances called to East Riding school after pupils 'fall ill while vaping'
Police and ambulances were called to Wolfreton School when two pupils became unwell on Friday.
A witness told Hull Live two female pupils were taken ill at the Willerby secondary school when they are reported to have used a vape between 9am and 10am. It's not known what substance was in the vape or why the pupils became unwell; police are still conducting enquiries.
Photographs showed four Humberside Police cars at the scene. The witness said they also saw two ambulances parked outside another area of the school.

A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: "On Friday 10 May officers attended Wolfreton School in Willerby following reports that two pupils had fallen ill after using a vape and were taken to hospital for medical care.
"Officers from our neighbourhood policing team are continuing to conduct enquiries alongside the school to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident."
A spokesperson for Wolfreton School said: "Emergency services attended following an incident which involved vapes being brought on to the school site and we would like to thank them for their swift and professional response. Our highly skilled pastoral staff were on hand throughout the day providing reassurance and support to anyone affected as well as reminding students how to keep themselves safe.
"The matter is now being dealt with in line with the school’s behaviour policy. We are aware that such incidents can cause concern amongst the community and would encourage you to contact us directly if your child has been affected."
