Police Attempt to Contain Pro-Palestinian Protesters at Oxford

Police were seen pushing against pro-Palestinian protesters in Oxford on Thursday, May 23, after at least 16 people were arrested during a sit-in at a university administration building, according to a local activist group.

Earlier footage showed protesters being escorted out of an administrative building on Wellington Square.

Oxford Action for Palestine said 16 arrests were made.
