Police are concerned for the welfare of a missing woman last seen at a hospital. Leanne Ware was last seen at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital in Llantrisant on Sunday afternoon.

The 41-year-old was wearing a brown jacket, a black and white dress, black boots and was carrying a pink bag when she was last seen at around 1.30pm. South Wales Police said she has links to Abercynon and Penrhiwceiber.

The footage, taken by an anonymous bystander, shows a raging fire in the four-bed flat on the third floor of a 22-storey residential block in Spitalfields, London.
