Police: Five businesses burgled, 2 people caught on camera

TEXARKANA, Texas (KETK) – The Texarkana Police Department released security camera footage of two people that were allegedly robbing a convenience store.

According to the Texarkana Police, early Sunday morning two people were allegedly trying to rob a convenience store, they attempted to disable the store’s camera system, but were still able to be seen by some of the cameras.

The Texarkana PD believes that the two individuals were responsible for other burglaries, they said that five businesses were broken into the same night.

“There’s evidence that seems to tie them all together and point back to these same two young men,” Texarkana PD said.

Texarkana PD asked that anyone with information regarding the identities of the two men to contact them at 903-798-3116 during work hours or 903-798-3876 after work hours.
