Police issue urgent appeal for help to find missing man last seen wearing patchwork suit

Police have issued an urgent appeal for help to find a missing man from Tameside. Sid, 57, was last seen on Williamson Lane, Droylsden, at around 11pm on Thursday.

Police say he was wearing a distinctive patchwork jacket with metal studs or spikes on the shoulders and patchwork trousers.

He is described as white, about 5ft 4ins, with medium-length, greying brown hair that is long on top.

A GMP spokesperson said: "Officers are becoming increasingly concerned about Sid and want to make sure he is safe and well."

Anyone with information about Sid’s whereabouts should contact police on 0161 856 9328 or 999 in an emergency.
