Police make Mercedes driver call taxi after they look inside car
Police made a driver call a taxi after they looked inside his car.
Merseyside Police said the man was driving on the M57 on the morning of Monday, April 29 when he was stopped by officers. The driver of the Mercedes was spotted with his young "infant" child on his knee while on the motorway.
When they looked inside, officers saw there was also six other family members "crammed into the vehicle". Police described the incident as "shocking behaviour".

The driver was reported for all offences and police said he was made to ring a taxi to "take the excess passengers home".
In a statement the road policing unit of Merseyside Police said: "Shocking behaviour by the driver of this Mercedes, who was seen driving with his young infant child on his knee on the M57. He also had six other family members crammed into the vehicle.
"He was reported for all offences and made to ring a taxi to take the excess passengers home."
