Police probe 'suspicious incident' as elderly woman approached at cashpoint by 6ft man
Police are probing a 'suspicious incident' which saw an elderly woman approached by a 6ft man.
Officers said the man approached the elderly woman in Guisborough as she was using a cashpoint. It happened at around 1pm on Sunday, May 19, on Westgate in the town.
The man is described as white, 6 feet tall, of slim build and in his 40s. He had a tanned complexion, black shiny slicked back hair and he was wearing a turquoise jacket and black or blue jeans and white trainers. He had a brown paper bag with him.

A Cleveland Police spokesperson said: "We would appeal for anyone with information, doorbell/dashcam or CCTV footage which could help ongoing enquiries to get in touch. Please contact Cleveland Police on the 101 number quoting ref 093212."
