Police have issued CCTV footage of a man they wish to speak to after a spate of house break-ins across Greater Glasgow.

The incidents occurred at various locations across the city and surrounding area between November 2023 and March 2024.

While there is no evidence to confirm they are linked, there are similarities to each case and many resulted in valuable personal items being stolen.

Cops hope the man, captured in CCTV at an unknown location, will be able to assist them with their enquiries.

He is described as wearing a hat and face covering with a dark jumper and lighter coloured trousers. He walks with a distinctive limp.

Detective Inspector Ross Jamieson said: “Our enquiries are ongoing into a number of thefts and housebreaking incidents in Greater Glasgow.

“We appreciate the CCTV footage does not show his features but would urge anyone who believes they recognise this man or have any information about him to get in touch.

“Anyone who can help is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
