Police race to Edinburgh city centre square with multiple vehicles on the scene
Police in Edinburgh raced to a city centre square on Saturday evening, April 20.
Officers were seen at Hunter Square just after 8pm. An image sent to Edinburgh Live shows two police vans and one car parked.
At least five officers can be seen in the area.

The nature of the incident is not currently known.
A resident told us: "Something going on at Hunter Square just now. There's way more police than usual."

In March, police were seen to be patrolling the city centre spot after a rise in antisocial behaviour. On February 21, we told how a man was left in a 'critical' condition in hospital following an assault at the same spot.
