Police reports for May 4, 2024

The following list was compiled from reports to area law enforcement agencies:

Owensboro Police Department

• Mallory A. Carter, 31,

of the 2200 block of Berkshire Drive was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl).

• Hope R. Warinksy, 39, of Maceo, was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).

• A motorcycle worth $1,200 was reported stolen Thursday from the 3800 block of Frederica Street.

• Plumbing fixtures, carbon monoxide detectors, a battery charger and rechargeable batteries, a Bluetooth speakers and a propane heater were reported stolen in a Thursday burglary at a home in the 2700 block of West Fourth Street.

• A rape was reported Wednesday on Medley Road.

• Aluminum worth $1,800 was reported stolen Thursday from the 1100 block of Wing Avenue.

Daviess County Sheriff’s Office

• Paul E. Bray II, 38, of the 800 block of East Fifth Street was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

• Bruce D. Curry Jr., 40, of the 400 block of Center Street was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).

• Caitlyn R. Scharber, 42, of the 300 block of Camden Circle was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and driving under the influence.

• Lisa A. Super-Douglas, 53, of the 400 block of Center Street was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth) and fraudulent use of a credit card.

• Melissa McCormick, 63, of the 400 block of Center Street was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

• Sean A. Sheets, 37, of the 1100 block of East Fifth Street was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

Kentucky State Police

• Christopher E. Risley, 40, of the 3200 block of Chickasaw Drive was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
