Girl, 13, who went missing from Wakefield home found
A 13-year-old girl who went missing from her home in West Yorkshire has been found, police have said.
Teenager Ebony Carpenter was first reported missing in Wakefield on Tuesday morning.
West Yorkshire Police said she had been found on Tuesday afternoon.
A spokesperson said: "An appeal was circulated earlier today in relation to 13-year-old Ebony Carpenter from Wakefield. She has now returned home. Thank you to everyone who retweeted our appeal."
It was believed she travelled by bus to the Dalton area of Huddersfield.
Police released an image of her on Tuesday and appealled for information from the public.

In a statement, West Yorkshire Police said at the time: “Police are appealing for the public's help in tracing a 13-year-old girl who has been reported missing from her home in Wakefield.
“It is believed that Ebony Carpenter travelled by bus to the Dalton area of Huddersfield.”
“We are concerned for her welfare and would urge anyone who has seen her or who has any information about her movements or whereabouts to make contact with the police.”
