Missing 11-year-old girl in Northumberland is found safe and well

An 11-year-old girl reported missing and who was last seen in Northumberland, has been found safe and well.

Officers launched an appeal for the public’s help to locate the girl who was reported missing on Wednesday. The girl was last seen in the area of Hexham Bus Station just before 8.30am on Thursday morning.

Police confirmed on Thursday afternoon that she had been found safe and well.
