Police want to return pieces of silverware that were found dumped in a pond to their rightful owners.

The items, including a jug, candlesticks and a toast rack, were found in a pond in Bordon, Hampshire, on January 31 and were handed in to Midhurst police station.

Now, Sussex Police have released the several photographs of the items.

A spokesman for the force said: "If you recognise the silverware, or know who it belongs to, call 101 quoting serial 1154 of 31/01."
