Pollok FC ad for season tickets appears on big screen in New York's Times Square

An ad for Pollok FC's season tickets for next year has appeared on the big screen's in New York's famous Times Square.

The West of Scotland League Premier Division have stepped up their efforts to sell tickets for as the 2024/25 campaign. One fan decided to take the Glasgow's marketing strategy into their own hands whilst in the Big Apple.

As millions walked through the iconic part of Manhattan the black and white of Pollok loomed over tourists as they looked up at the famous Times Square screens to find out the club had frozen their prices for next season.

In a post on X Pollok FC wrote: "Cheers to the Pollok fan who decided to take over the big screens of New York to promote our price frozen 2024/25 season ticket."

The Newlandsfield side are currently sitting sixth in the table with hopes of finishing in the top three by the end of this season. Who knows the, the club may be welcoming a flood of new fans from across the pond next season.
