Portia de Rossi has accused Steven Seagal of sexually harassing her during an audition.

She claims the actor unzipped his trousers in front of her and sexually propositioned her.

She wrote on Twitter: "My final audition for a Steven Segal movie took place in his office.

"He told me how important it was to have chemistry off-screen as he sat me down and unzipped his leather pants.

Her wife, talkshow host Ellen DeGeneres wrote: "I’m proud of my wife."

A representative for Steven Seagal has been contacted for comment.

The actress is just one woman who has accused Seagal of sexual misconduct.

Last week, Julianna Margulies said she was sexually harassed by the actor, who intimidated her by showing her his gun in a hotel room.

The Good Wife star told Sirius XM's Jenny Hutt: "And I got out of there unscathed.

"I never was raped. And I never was harmed. And I don’t know how I got out of that hotel room … I sorta of screamed my way out."

She said that when she was 23, a female casting director told her "...Steven Seagal wants to go over the scene with you in his hotel room at 10 o'clock at night."

Continuing, she alleged that she told the casting director she was uncomfortable taking the subway home at night - but that she was told but was told: "Don’t worry, we'll reimburse you. And I'm here, a woman."

When she got to the hotel room, she said Mr Seagal "made sure [she] saw his gun", and that the casting director "wasn't there".

Inside Edition's Lisa Guerrero told The Hollywood Reporter that she was invited to his room for a "private audition" in 1996.

Because she was suspicious about this request, she said she brought along a female casting director.

Gurrero claims that the actor and producer made her perform in front of him as he sat on a throne in a silk robe.

She also alleged that he said she could have a bigger role if she gave him a "private audition", which she refused.

Similar allegations were made by actress Rae Dawn Chong, who said that the producer made her audition in front of him while he wore a bathrobe, and "manspread so [she] could see his junk".

She claims she left after he asked if he could touch her silk shirt, and claimed that following the audition Seagal continued to leave "sex messages" on her answer machine.

Mr Seagal has not responded to these allegations.
