Police in Portland, Oregon, declared a riot on Saturday morning, August 22, as anti-racism protests in the city entered their 86th day.

This footage, recorded by independent journalist @gravemorgan, shows the scene near the Portland Police Bureau North Precinct early on Saturday morning, where an estimated 200 people reportedly gathered.
