Voters in Preston have been to the polls today to decide who will be their next MP. In the race for Downing Street, exit polls are suggesting a huge Labour victory with Sir Keir Starmer expected to be the UK's next Prime Minister.

Labour is expected to come out on top with 410 seats - a gain of 209 from 2019, with the Tories expected to lose 241 seats. Preston has been held by Labour for the last 40 years, but there have been major boundary changes for this year's General Election.

We'll be bringing you all the latest updates from Preston and the rest of Lancashire on our live blog. There are several key seats in the county that could change hands and we'll be covering what happens to each of the 15 seats throughout the night.
