Prince George And Kate Watch William Play Polo

Prince George has stolen the show at a charity event - tumbling on the grass and running around with the Duchess of Cambridge as his father played polo.

Dressed in navy shorts, a royal blue cardigan and a white shirt, the 23-month-old prince clutched a toy car at the side of the charity game in Tetbury, Gloucestershire.

Kate, wearing casual blue jeans, a stripy Breton top and sunglasses, held his hand as they walked around the edge of the field and kept a watchful eye as he threw himself down a small slope.

Prince Harry joined his brother the Duke of Cambridge in the competition, which was also watched by the Prince of Wales.

Prince George's appearance on Sunday came a day after the Royal Family attended Trooping the Colour to commemorate the Queen's 89th birthday.

Although he did not take part in the official celebrations, Prince George appeared on the Buckingham Palace balcony for the first time to watch the Red Arrows flying over.

It was the Duchess of Cambridge's first public engagement since giving birth to Princess Charlotte last month.
